Why doesn't my avatar show up on 360, when it appears everywhere else?

My avatar on 360 just disappeared. When I go to my page and it states to add the avatar, after doing so and saving it, the pic is still blank. My avatar is showing on IM and everywhere else. Anybody else having this problem? What should I do or is it just a yahoo glitch?

Answer:
It's happening to everyone. I took down all 4 of my photo's (including avatar) and reloaded them. That got the avatar back (re-arranging the order will for a second, but not permanently) and 2 other photo's but the 3rd still won't show.
