How can I embed video I host on idisk on my 360 blog using OSX?

I have no problem embedding video using a the apple safari browser and embed code provided by youtube. I have created flash movies that I store on my idisk and can link to in a browser window and they stream properly. However, when I attempt to embed them as I would video on youtube, it doesn't work. I have attempted it in the way I did with safari browser and I have attempted it using Firefox and following the yahoo directions for html. I have tried many variations to the code and nothing works. Is there a restriction to hosting your own videos on idisk and not being allowed to embed? If not, has anyone been successful in embedding video they host themselves on idisk or similar method? Basically, I put all the files on my idisk that are needed to play the video and then I just use the link information in the embed code as one would do with youtube. I get nothing? However, I play the video in a browser linking to that video on idisk. thanks for any help!!!

In the first place anything created on a Mac will not respond on a PC if you are using Apple tools or applications without a common link, if you use iWeb to create a web site there is a movie template available, just drop you video on it and hey presto it's done. Put your blog on it as well. Publish and it's on line.. The best place to find full details is to go to Apples Support and enter the appropiate discussion forum to post your query.
