Whats the difference between being a 360 Friend and being in a friend's Yahoo! 360° network?

I have several people linked to me in messenger that show a yellow figure icon vs a blue icon in 360. What is the difference between having a 360 friend and being in a friends 360 network? If I'm in their network why aren't they in mine? Why cant I see their pages?

Answer:
I think you get it wrong with your icons... The blue icon indicates someone who's in your friends network in Yahoo! 360°. The yellow icon indicates someone who's currently on line (available) in Yahoo! Messenger.
