Why does yahoo 360 come up as page not found?

I have two id's . Yahoo 360 works with my other one but with this one, it won't even display the 360 home page. I get a message stating page not found. Can anyone tell me why and does it have anything to do with me having two ids. Thanks ahead of time for your help.....Sabrina

Hello, I guess you need to make two different 360 accounts for two different IDs. Did you create one for each? I have no any specific idea about this because we have two IDs one for my husband, which i have created my 360 account and one ID for me which i have not created 360 account. Just a guess.
