How do I get rid of the BETA message I keep getting?

Why can't I get my 360 pages to open? I keep getting a message window when I try to open anything?

I was deleting some previous comments off of blogs and this message popped up say unable to process your request try again later error 999. All i was doing was deleting comments, I removed alot of comments before this message popped up. Now I can't get into anything without this same message popping up and stopping me from opening pages.can anyone help me?

Error 999 is a sign that Yahoo's defense is in effect. "This error appears to be caused by some sort of bandwidth limiting system that Yahoo has put in place on their servers. Once you have exceeded your allotted bandwidth for a specific period of time Yahoo gives you this Error 999 message and doesn't allow you to access the service."
