How do i get people to follow and read my blog?

ive just joined blogger and ive created two blogs already. how adventerous! but i have split interests. one of my blogs follows my love for fashion and my fashion art and design course showing my creations and how to's and info, and my other blog is a literature blog showing what im currently reading.. on my fashion blog i hope to create requests and form peoples ideas, paying tribute to them in my work, and my literature blog i hope to become a sort of online book club with current reads and discussions, and ideas for the next books. i just need ideas to get my blog out there and get followers in order for them to become successful.!. x please help!!!
