  • Answer:

You should provide a link to your 360, as it's not in your Y/A profile or in the contents of your question. Please click on your avatar on the far left corner of most Yahoo Answers pages OR click on the "My Profile" link on the far, upper right corner of the page. Scroll down to the bottom and you will see tabs. The "My Questions" tab shows questions you've asked. Clicking actual question link will take you to the question, where you can click on the pencil icon under your question to add information (i.e. a link to your Y!360 space). Also, try this: Please clear your browser's cache and cookies. Before clearing cookies, make sure you know your passwords to sites. CACHE: For Internet Explorer see http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie6/using/howto/customizing/clearcache.mspx For Firefox, click the "Clear Cache Now" button under Tools > Options > Privacy > Cache. COOKIES: In Firefox, do this under Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies > Clear Cookies Now In IE, do this under Tools > Internet Options > General > Browsing History > Delete > Delete Cookies > Yes For Safari, see http://www.verio.com/support/documents/view_article.cfm?doc_id=4069 . Then, restart your computer. Lastly, you can try using a different browser like Mozilla Firefox (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ ). If the above doesn't help, I suggest contacting the U.S. 360 team via their "YAHOO 360 HELP FORM" at http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/forms_index.html . They can't respond to every message, but they do read them and actively track issues. If you are from a different country, just click the tiny "Beta Feedback" link in the top right corner of your page. Classify it as a Technical Problem.
