Why are there so many outdated 360 pages?

Why isn't my yahoo 360 pages showing up as my profile automatically anymore? It used to .?

  • When I used to click on "edit my profile" from my messenger, my 360 page would automatically come up. Now my former regular profile comes up and I have to click on the 360 link to get to my 360 page. I only want to use my 360 page as my main profile. I need to know how to go back to the way it was. My husband recently updated our computer and I don't know if that is what happened to it or not. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Go to your settings and in the Identity Display, Check the circle that will display your 360. There is something causing our settings to change and we need to double check them . I am not sure what causes the changes. The settings also can be from your husband updating the computer,so reset them again.

It's a recent glitch experienced by many 360 users. The Yahoo Members Profile is showing up via various links around Yahoo instead of how they originally set it up (making their profile look like their 360). The computer update probably didn't affect your settings though (it's online...not on your computer), especially if you can still access your 360 page. Click on your "Beta Feedback" link in the top right corner of your 360 space and send in a Help form on this Technical Problem. Although, feedback from users shows that this is a problem in which they don't know when will be fixed.

Sign into your 360 page and make sure that your settings are all still the same for making it your DEFAULT profile. If they are, then you have developed a glitch on your page. It has been happening to alot of people...so don't worry, it's nothing that your husband did when he updated your computer. Just send in a beta feedback form to Yahoo explaining in detail what is happening on your page, and the steps you took to correct it. The link to that form is at the upper right corner of your page, right above the word SETTINGS.
