What type of cables and how many of them do i need 2 connect my xbox 360 2 my internet modem?

  It's called a CAT5e cable and you only need one and it plugs into one of the PC ports on the back of your modem and into the back of your xbox 360 if your modem is far away from your xbox you may need a longer one i got a 10 metre one: http://www.amazon.co.uk/10m-Ethernet-Cable-RJ45-Cat/dp/B000IT5POY/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1255253050&sr=8-3 Step by step: 1. Get hold of a CAT5e cable. 2. Plug one end into the back of your Xbox 360 just above where you plug the screen cable in (http://z.about.com/d/xbox/1/5/z/F/360back1copy.jpg) 3. Plug the other end into here (http://i.ehow.com/images/GlobalPhoto/Articles/4730469/powerin_Full.jpg) mine looks like this but the ports on your will be the same shape. 4. Turn on your Xbox 360 then go to "My Xbox" then go to the far right where it says system settings and go into network settings then the rest is pretty easy. Have fun on your Xbox :)
