Im like 12 and i cant make a blog on yahoo 360. any places where kids like me can make a blog????????????????

There are reasons why the age is restricted, so you should read the material regarding safety anyway. Most blogging/social networking sites require that you are at least age 13 and up. Yahoo! Answers has the same requirement. You can try LiveJournal (http://livejournal.com ) - your account will be marked as underage. "LiveJournal requires that users under the age of thirteen have parental permission to use the site. Registering with a birthdate indicating that you are under the age of thirteen will flag your account as underage, and any subsequent accounts you create will also be marked as underage, until you complete the age verification process."
