Why won't my profile pic show up on 360?

Why won't my 360 profile pic show up as my icon?

  • I read that it can take a day or so but it has been 4 days since I set my 360 profile pic to be there and still it is not. am I doing something wrong? If I use an avatar it is there instantly

    If your 360 avatar was in the process of still loading up you would currently be displaying a white box with a small cross in the top corner.I don't mean to sound patronising but are you sure you have selected to use your 360 avatar in the edit my info section of your Y/A profile?If the avatar you want is showing up on your 360 page then that is the only thing I can think of.If in your profile section it is offering you a link to get your 360 now then it is obviously not connecting the 2 profiles(this happened to one of my contacts last week and we think it's to do with the new U.I.P that's here now).Good luck and if you do need any further help then feel free to e-mail me and I will do my best =)

First check your settings. Make sure you set the 360 picture as “primary” and saved then go to your profile http://answers.yahoo.com/my/my_edit check that “use my 360 picture” is set, click preview then OK.
