How to change avatar picture?

• It use to be where you had to go to your Yahoo 360, edit your personal photos and change your primary picture. I've tried doing that and while it changes my primary picture on my 360, my avatar on here stays the same. Is there another way to change your avatar or no?

The system is like running slow and making major bugs because of the transition taking place to getting our new social network ready We have not heard when this will be here.
