  A blog is a type of web site, commonly used an online journal of a person's thoughts. This perspective can be expressed in words, pictures, music, videos, and various widgets. People typically read blogs out of curiosity about other people's lives and opinions. The specific definition of a blog is still up for debate - as it has more uses than just a personal online diary. Is it only about your pet's quirks? A theme isn't necessary, but a purpose helps.
