Why do I keep getting an error message when I use Yahoo?

When I try to start a Yahoo 360 page, I keep getting this, can anyone tell me what to do.?

  • I really wish Yahoo would get rid of whatever bot it has that thinks it knows what you're going to ask. Anyway, I have just recently decided to play with that Yahoo 360 page and whenever I try to start it, I keep getting this error message. Yahoo! I am very familiar with all of my various personalities floating around out there,and none of them have started a Yahoo 360 page without the other one knowing it.

    I think Yahoo wants you to open a free account with them. If you already have a account with them ,then try to sign in or login. If that does not work ,go to the big red {{Y!}} and click on the black arrow and list will drop down and then click on 360. that should take you to your 360 page. That will be your link and at the top in the address bar your link will appear, so write that down and do not lose it.

Do you have a Yahoo account? If so, you shluld try to make the page from that account, Also, you may have accidentally started a 360 page in the past. To make sure that you haven't or that someone is not fraudently using your email address on Yahoo, check to see if to see if the simple URL is activated. The simple URL looks like: http://360.yahoo.com/YOURyahooidheregoeshere
