  if the seal was broken I would not buy it for $120. You can get a new 360 bundle with game and all for $199 from this site www.thebargainemporium.com. but you could still get on live and all. I only say don't because the seal was broken and that could mean its broken. now if you are just saying that the seal was broken meaning that its was opened then go ahead and buy it. I just got me a new 360 elite because my old one broke after six years of faithful service...lol
