Where are my 360 quick comments and messages?

Why aren't my comments or messages showing up in my 360?

  • I'm also not getting any messages or comments on my page from any of my friends. Several others are having the same problem. Is something being done to help correct this and if so, what? Thank you.

    That's the official version above, the unofficial answer, mine, is simpler. Check your settings and set all permissions to public(the filters are stuck because there's too much work involved). I set the blog and who can comment straight to Public, any of my friends that have the same settings can comment easily. The ones that don't go full public have these problems.

While there have been adjustments happening in the background related to the transition to an universal profile system, there is still a suspension of technical support. If your mailbox and/or Top Page comment box (which includes quick comments) was working fine before and suddenly it's not working, then you'll have to wait this out and hope that the problem is "miraculously" resolved soon. Yahoo! servers OFTEN get backlogged in some way, thus causing mailboxes (to which messages and testimonials are sent) and comment boxes to shutdown as well as sending out delayed alerts to Yahoo! Mail. You will not be able to do any regular functions, like deleting and sending. Sometimes this glitch is relieved temporarily during certain times of the day. It would be up to you to check throughout the day to see if the comment box or mailbox is working correctly at any point in time. Although, sometimes clicking the "See All" link in the comment box and/or refreshing the page allows you to see new Top Page comments posted. In the meantime, you can ask people to post comments to your Blog, if it's activated. You can use your blast or blog to make an announcement about the problem.
