Blocking is limited on Yahoo! 360. 1) You can use the ignore feature to block messages (i.e. messages, IM, invitations) from a specific account. See http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/friends/friends-04.html . 2) You can use permissions to block groups of people from interacting with certain areas - like Top Page comments or Blog comments. See http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/permissions/ for details. If you put connected friends in particular categories, then you can choose which people can interact with certain areas even further. With that said, some areas are always visible to the Public and you can't do anything about it. Such areas include your personal picture module, background, top page comments and friends module.

Click Report this person, report abuse and delete which is on the 360 page! This might work.

man this seems to happen alot to you do you still don't understand your problem and becoming a little to dangerous to you to not admit it so fess up ! By the way if the person blocks you that should work both ways well you can check that !
