How do l add a picture in my composed mail in yahoo 360?

  Your link to the image must be an absolute URL. Use a website that can host your photos on a server, like Flickr, Photobucket, Kodak Photo share, etc. for free. After you put the images in your account online, copy the URL address of that image that the service supplies. In the body of your 360 message, put in the following HTML code: <img scr="PIC ABSOLUTE URL"> and send. You won't see the image after you paste the code, but it should appear in your SENT folder after you send the message. You can adjust the size of the image by adding width="number of pixels" height ="number of pixels" between the carrots but after the URL in the code.
