How I can send message to specific WhatsApp contact?

How do you send a message with a Contact Invitation?

• I wanted to send a message to someone. All I found was a blog, with no way to access it. I tried "Make Contact" and it just told her that I wanted to be her contact. Is there a way to send a message to a user who has a Yahoo! profile but isn't, as far as I can tell, a Y!A person?

• Answer:

  You would need to be a Connection (i.e. she would need to accept your invite) in order for you to send her a private message. Although, if you were able to see her blog on the Yahoo! Profiles, you should be able to comment on it as well. Click on the "Comments" link below the blog entry (or the summary of it). Also, you can click on the "View All" link in the bottom left corner of the blog module. Click the Comment link at the bottom of the entry and write in the "Compose a Comment" area, then click the "Post Comment" area. Otherwise, her profile's Guestbook would have to be public in order for you to post a comment there, which apparently it isn't.
