Why can't I access my 360 page?

Cant access new profile... PLEASE PLEASE HELP!?

My 360 profile does not work anymore, it wont let me enter it. Its as if i haven't got one yet. But when i click on get 360 it just shows a blank page. Also when i try to access the new profile it just comes up but it doesn't show any of the information and it just says You Do Not Have Access To This Page. How can i gain access? I want to upload a picture on the new profile. Since my 360 is gone i cant.

Profile staff for technical assistance at http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/profiles/general.html .
