How do I go back to regular Yahoo profile and get off 360?

How do I get my yahoo 360 profile as my primary profile?

  • When I right click on a friends name on my buddy list, and click view profile, their yahoo 360 profile appears. However, when I right click on my name, I have myself on my buddy list, and view my profile, my basic profile from member directory comes up. When 360 first came out, it automatically was set as my primary profile when I clicked on the link in an e-mail I got, but I somehow got to to go back to my member directory profile. Now, I am using Yahoo 360 and can't get that profile to come back unless I click on the link from my basic profile. Please help me. All of my friends say theirs was set automatically; mine wasn't. Also, when I post something new, I don't get a little star beside my name like my friends do to let everyone know something new was added. I just don't get it.

why are you so mad at these people who are just trying to help you. This is no way to be, now. They have no idea who you are or what you know. They just are telling you what they believe will help you. shame on you for your attitude. I am not necessarily sure you deserve to know how to fix the problem. but I agree with the answer above me go to http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360? and if that does not help you out then go to Yahoo directly with an e-mail through help or go to the blogs on the home page and add a comment there. dingle.

On your 360 page, click on settings. On this page, there is a circle you can click to make your 360 page your main page.

Go to Edit Basic Info on your My Page. Under Yahoo! Identity Display click either the 2nd or 3rd option and that links your profile to your 360 page. Now, this may work right away or take some time. There is a glitch with this for some people. If that is the case with you then send them feedback http://add.yahoo.com/fast/help/us/360/cgi_feedback every day until they get it fixed.

Be Nice !! They're only trying to help. And even if you don't choose a best answer ?? The voters will so in a sense, it is out of your hands. And if you are as experienced with yahoo as you say you are ?? Then you know yahoo does have its share of glitches and bugs. Got a problem with waiting it out or something ?? Contact yahoo help etc and let them know. We're just average joe's and jane's in here, not rocket scientists or anything.
