What happened to the notepad I had on my old "My Yahoo" page?

My yahoo 360 was deleted in April. I can't even pull up the 360 home page, ERROR! WHAT HAPPENED?

  • I signed on to find I had no 360* page. I could not even pull 360*home up. It keeps giving me ERROR and refer to yahoo 360*home, or Yahoo services. When i click on Yahoo 360*home it gives me the same error message. When I made a NEW 360* with a different ID...everything was OK. I STILL can't get in under this ID. What happened? I wrote to yahoo 360 but all i get is their working on the problem. well...it's JUNE now.......????? Can ANYONE explain to me what happened??????

  • Answer:

No not really. But try to go to your Tools and click on Internet Options and delete cookies and history. Click on another person's avatar ,open their answer page and click on the 360 link. Top of page click on Home and see if you go to your old or new 360. Look in your Favorites because some times it will be a place in there to click on.

Just you haven't tried the following (even though I suspect it is as Yahoo says): 1) Try checking out your Account settings. - Click the "My Account" link - next to the "Sign Out" link at the very top - Click on the "Edit/Create Profile" link in the upper right of the web page. - On that page, there is a section that says "Supercharge Your Profile". Click on that link and see if it lets you into your 360 page. 2) If it doesn't let you in there, create a new profile on your account by going back the "Edit/Create Profile" page. Click the "Create A New Profile" button at the top. Go through the process. You can make one profile the default rather than the other if you want. Click the "Finish Editing" button when you are done with any page. - Log out. Then, log back in using your new profile name and same password. 3) If you have Yahoo! Messenger 8, open the program. Click the person icon (upper right of main screen) to see if it will let you into your page. If the problem persists, I suggest contacting the U.S. 360 team via their "YAHOO 360 HELP FORM" at http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/forms_index.html . If you are from a different country, just click the tiny "Feedback" link in the top right corner of your page. I know, you already did this, but maybe something has changed, but they didn't notify you for whatever reason.
