How do you make a "Click for Blog" link?

I want to make a link to my blog. I already have a picture of the words, "Click for Blog" and I tried a link so that it could be linked to my blog but it didn't work. How do I make a link? Or what is the link to do that? Please help! Thankyou :)

Answer:
<a href="The URL/web address for your blog">Click for Blog</a> instead of 'click for blog' you can put anything, like the title of your blog.
