How to change my yahoo 360 photo?

I have a yahoo 360 profile i want to change my photo in my 360 profile?

  • please help me with this problem please...............

  • Answer:

The feature is not working properly or consistently for many people for months, but you can try the following: Make sure a JPEG formatted photo (with .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe extension) under 5MB is saved to your hard drive. - Click your "My Page" link at the top - Click "Edit Profile Photos" over the empty picture frame - Click "Browse" and upload photo into an empty field. Then click one "use as primary" radio button on the right before saving. You can't upload more than 4 profile pictures (this includes an avatar). Make sure that you are following the 360 Personal Photo guidelines here: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/guidelines/guidelines-06.html . It also has been suggested that you try putting the image in different spots among the four to get it to work. **************************************… It looks like you are new to using the site. I recommend the following resources so that you can learn, experiment, and find answers to many of your questions: - IMPORTANT!: Thoroughly read the 360 COMMUNITY GUIDELINES at http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/guidelines/guidelines-08.html - HELP Pages: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/ - For MORE TIPS see some of my previous answers on various Y!360 & Y/A subjects by clicking on my avatar and scrolling down to click on my "Starred Questions" tab. - For IDEAS you can check out other 360 pages by clicking on your "Search" link at the top of 360 or by going to http://360.yahoo.com/search.html - The 360 team blog at http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360 has many helpful links on the right side to help with setting up a 360 space and using other services with it. NOTE: Some features are not available to users under age 18 for safety reasons. Keep in mind that 360 is a beta version, so there will be bugs. You can't contact the Y!360 team about it because the service will be transitioning and integrating with a new platform in early 2008 and they are no longer fixing bugs. Read more about that in the Y!360 blog.
