What does the lil star on yahoo messenger mean?

I don't wanna show update signal on yahoo messenger friends list when i update 360 blog.?

when i update 360 blog , i can see the yellow star gleaming next to messenger name list. i don't want show this signal. i mean i don't want to show this signal for my messenger friends. how to set?

You can try the following: Open Messenger Click the Messenger Menu Choose Privacy Options Unselect allow plug-ins to set clickable Status Messages Then, click the OK button If that doesn't work, then it may not be a setting that you can get rid of besides downgrading to an older version of Messenger.
