How do I get back my Yahoo 360 home page?

How come I can't get into my 360 page?

  That's a tough one. A loss of access to your 360 is usually what happens when you make a change to your ISP service and your Yahoo account was created THROUGH that ISP service. The DSL companies guarantee the Yahoo ID, but they don't necessarily guarantee everything will still be accessible (like your 360 space). It's highly likely that you will have to start over for that 360 space. There really is nothing you can do about it besides trying the following: - Check with AT&T/Yahoo (your ISP) regarding the problem. See if there's anything they can do to ensure that you can retain your 360 space. - Contact YAHOO CUSTOMER CARE by clicking the button at the bottom of this page: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/edit/registration/edit-01.html . See if there's anything they can do. You can also try calling 1-866-562-7219, 1-408-349-1572, 1-408-349-3300 Hours: 8a-5p M-F (Pacific). - Start a new 360 space by creating a new Yahoo account that's NOT connected to an ISP. Log out of all Yahoo services. Go to any Yahoo sign-in page and clicking "Sign Up" on the lower right side (http://mail.yahoo.com , is preferred). Then, once you've created a new account, go to http://360.yahoo.com and start creating your new 360 space from there. Click the "Get Started" button, go through the process, and access the space through the "Yahoo! 360 Home" link in the upper right corner of that page or the main 360 page. - Wait to see if Y!360 transitioning to another social networking platform in the 2nd half of 2008 will help your situation.
