How do you get actual support from yahoo?

How to get REAL support for Yahoo 360?

• I am running into a lot of BUGS related to yahoo 360 yet after one hour of stumbling through the same useless help pages I've decided to ask here: how is it possible to contact some sort of tech support to report some pretty annoying bugs realted to the 360 service. The bugs may or may not be general but the certainly affect MY account. I have enough knowledge of web programming and database management to see that the problems I am encoutnering are not caused by misuse but by blalant errors involving programming. So, can anyone help me here? I'm just trying to fix my page and I don't know if anyone but Yahoo staff can help here :|

  I suggest contacting the U.S. 360 team via their "YAHOO 360 HELP FORM" at http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/forms_index.html . They can't respond to every message, but they do read them and actively track issues. If you are from a different country, just click the tiny "Feedback" link in the top right corner of your page. Keep in mind that 360 is still in beta. They are trying out new things. No feature is set in stone; it is in "test" mode. I understand that all the glitches are frustrating, but please backup your 360 content if you can and submit constructive, clear feedback.
