Where does Yahoo blog screwed up?

Who do I contact at Yahoo that can fix my 360 blog?

  • I have sent several detailed messages to the 360 help team using their help form, but I never hear back from them and my blog is still broken. The problem is that a particular blog entry that I deleted still continues to show up periodically, like at every 3rd or 4th time one accesses my blog. It's intermittent, but when this blog entry shows up, it shows up as if it were the newest entry, even though I have created many newer entries since that entry. I have had this problem with my blog since April 2008. When this happens, it confuses my friends who attempt to read my blog and leave comments. I attempted to fix my blog myself by deleting all of the entries, and to try and start from scratch, but yet the old deleted entry along with most of the other entries I deleted, still show up. I don't want to start a new page. I just want this problem fixed. Is anyone listening at Yahoo help?

UPDATED: Stop trying to contact Yahoo about Yahoo! 360 bugs via the Yahoo! 360 Help Form. In October 2007, the Yahoo! 360 announced that they would no longer fix 360-related bugs, as they prepared to transition the service to a universal profile system. This UPS has started as of October 16, 2008, but the 360 transition to that platform has not been completed. Yahoo! 360 is a beta (i.e. testing) service. It's been this way since 2005. So, glitches/problems were likely and using the service is a risk for users. Then, they stopped supporting and developing the service, which made problems worse. Basically, everyone is complaining about many things. So, blog deletion problems will not be "fixed", along with many other glitches. Some glitches may come and go though; not necessarily "fixed" in Yahoo! 360. The fix will be moving parts of the service to the Y!Profile, then closing 360. Also, you can try editing the blog entry and re-saving it, since it's still showing up. Then, try deleting it. You can avoid most blog issues by making sure that you are not directly copying & pasting content from e-mails or Microsoft Word into entries. Otherwise, your remaining option is the one that you've said that you want to avoid. You can create a new Yahoo account and activate the 360 service for it. There's no guarantee that you will avoid the same problem (or more) though. You can also use a different social-networking service (MySpace, Facebook, Multiply, or Xanga). - See blogs at http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360 for more details about the 360 transition. The 360 team blog is also accessible via the "Yahoo! 360 News" link in the upper right corner of your 360 space. You can post complaints on their blog, but don't expect a personal response. - See http://blog.360.yahoo.com/blog-4D4zxsg6fLRvC60pERfR7.8c?p=858 for more information on 360 glitches. - See the links in these blog entries for more details on Yahoo's overall direction and UPS: http://blog.360.yahoo.com/blog-4D4zxsg6fLRvC60pERfR7.8c?p=1414 , http://blog.360.yahoo.com/blog-4D4zxsg6fLRvC60pERfR7.8c?p=1168 , and http://blog.360.yahoo.com/blog-4D4zxsg6fLRvC60pERfR7.8c?p=1236 .
