How do I put a picture on my page?

How do you put a full picture on your backgound of your page ?

  • Would you guy please show me how to put an picture on the background of my page please . I try to put one of http://www.matton.com/search.php?prev=1&sok=snow&o=1 this pics but it turn out to be so many copy of the same pic at the same time sharing the background. Please help . Thanks so much .

    i noticed that you can make it appear in different corners of the website or in a tile format, but i haven't seen any options of placing a picture in the entire backyard without copies. i don't think you can. sorry guess i wasn't much help. just wanted to let you know your not alone, but i know what your wanting, cause i want to do that, too!

Hello :) Your not able to put a full background picture, cause as your page grows, so does your background. You can place a top and bottom picture. Or you can cut a picture in half and make the center a solid color... You would need to resize the picture using a program such as Microsoft or Adobe Photoshop or you can do a google search for a software that has the capacity to resize pictures. If you resize the image to 1024 x 768, it'll tile around 2-3x. But, resizing the image may mean that the image will lose some color and you still have to keep the file under 250k. You can try resizing the image as much as you can (even larger than 1024 x768) without going over the 250k limit.
