I am experiencing the same problem. 360 is a Beta product, which means it is still in development, and they haven't worked out all the kinks yet. If you want people to be able to visit your 360 from answers, just copy and paste your link onto your about me page. I don't know about the picture though. I am just hoping that they fix the issue soon.
