Answer:
You can't change the language of the 360 after you've signed up. Now, if you had changed your Yahoo account to another country or language, before you made your 360, you would get a German or French page, stuck for good.

At the bottom of the page are some flags and you click on the one you want. You can change language this way when ever you want And you should have the same option on your 360 home page
