Why doesn't accept when I change my country & city in my yahoo 360 basic info?

Seems like a hassle but very often when changing basic information, lag times & extra checks are validated to verify identities. ~Be certain no other unnecessary programs are running & ~be sure to click the 'save' /'save changes' ~be sure that the internet connection has not been broken. It's usually best to make these kinds of changes with all of the temporary internet files/cookies deleted(but 'enabled') & after any anti-spyware/anti-virus scans! Your information has to be the same as what you put on your Yahoo account. You can not change it. If your age is 20 it needs to say 20 (example} you can put your state nickname in for the city But this is telling you, that if you want you 360 to show to everyone, then you set to public. But if you do not want to let all the public see, set to private or just friends. l have mine set to public. It is safe to do this. Yahoo is just telling you all this so you can have the choice you want
