How do i get a picture in my Y!A icon?

Hw can i get a icon picture not from my pictures and nt from what they give u???

  • what i mean is...hw can i get a icon pic NOT from the list of pic's they give u,and NOT from the pic's u have.I want to get nice 1's sooo...if u know anywhere u can get some,PLEASE tell ME!!!!!!please and thank u!!!
