Why doesnt my yahoo avatar work?

well i was on yahoo chess, and well i accidently deleted my yahoo avatar, and i made a new one, and it doesnt work! i saved the changes like a billion times!! and everytime i go to the yahoo avatar home page, it tells me to save the changes! help!!??!?! or i'll explode

Answer:
You need to upload your avatar into your Yahoo Pulse(replaces former Yahoo Profiles/360) and keep the photo album you are using it in public. Also -- Use FireFox or IE8 to do your uploading and changing your Avatar.
