You can send out invites from your Pulse page under "contacts" then "suggestions". If you have them in your Yahoo email account, their names/avatars may appear and just click them on to send an invite. You can also delete people from showing up on that page by clicking the little gray x. You can also add emails into the little box provided and invites go out from there. Invites contain your Pulse URL. If they accept, then their avatar becomes part of your Contact Pulse list. You can keep this list public or private. If it is public, then anyone visiting your site can click on their avatar and visit theirs.
