from ur orkut home page, there is an option for invite friend ! ( it is on the left side down) u can type email id on dat place n make request, or just make search by search option on the top of the page ie near to log out, in dat place u want to give name for the particular profile, after getting the profile, u cn see there is an option below the profile pic as " add me as friend" just click on dat, n do the rules watever dey are asking, u can be friend of him only wen he or she accepted the request.
