Yahoo 360 - Why can I not select people to view my pictures?

I have selected under pictures and albums to be viewed by the public, but it keeps saving as being only being able to be seen by me. Why? I click on "viewable to public", then click save, then it goes right back to, "view by only me". Why? I am good with computers, but i can not figure this one out, and i saw no link to ask yahoo.

joey is this just a problem you are having today. yahoo seems abit screwy at the moment you are doing it correctly, this is how l do it so l think it may just be yahoo today

Most times I want to change settings on 360 or information on the basic profile it takes 2 - 4 times before it actually works. Sometimes Yahoo is just having a bad day. Try again tomorrow.
