Yes you can. If you look at the top right corner of Y! Messenger, you'll see the outline of a figure writing on something (the Y! 360 logo is what I'm referring to). Click on it. That will open up a separate window to access your 360 page.

The easiest thing to do is to be sure you have the easy link setup. I.E. http://360.yahoo.com/rt49andellis is mine. Then basically go to that page (or any other person's 360) and below the advertising box you will see 'Home' and 'My Page'. Both will allow editing. Home is where you'll go for seeing your friends' blogs, e-mails and such. Also, if you don't have the easy link setup, then you could most likely just go to http://360.yahoo.com and sign in.
