Why can't the pictures from my 360 show up as my avatar?

On my 360 account?

  • how come on my 360 account when i want to use my 360 picture instead of my avatar, i click the (use as primary picture) button on my 360 pictures, when i go on my yahoo answers profile edit, I cant use my 360 picture! it just says that i have no 360 picture! and also everytime i check in the spot that says (show your 360 account) on your profile edit, when i go to my profile, my 360 link dosent show up!!! whats the deal!?

    It's been really screwy lately about pictures and avatars updating on here and the 360 pages. I've just e-mailed a complaint to Yahoo!Help, but I still have problems. I'm even having problems with my feeds updating properly. It sounds like your doing everything right to me.

Yahoo Answers profiles have had these beta glitches in them for some time now. Mine has had them since I joined Answers back in March of last year. I've sent MANY feedback forms to Yahoo telling them of the glitches, but neither of them have been fixed yet. Untill they fix them you'll be stuck using an Avater in your Answers profile instead of your profile picture from your 360 page...if your profile is like mine...it's telling you that you don't even HAVE a 360 page! As for the showing of your link to your 360 page....I'm having the same problem here too...for a year now. Only way to remedy that is to activate the simple URL to your 360 page (on your 360 page in SETTINGS>BASIC INFO>YAHOO IDENTITY DISPLAY) Click save when done. Then copy that URL and go to your Answers profile and paste it into your ABOUT ME section. Click save when done. That is what I had to do.
