How do I delete a flash animation email from my 360 mailbox?

Someone on my friends list sent me a flash animation from poqbum.com and it seems to be undeletable. I've tried everything from clearing my browser cache to deleting all of my cookies and temp net files....it still remains in my mail box. I can delete each message one by one but once I reach that message, I can't delete anything else.

Try to bring message up and delete then back to mailbox and delete and that should do it. And some times you can forward it to your email and then delete it from your mailbox. then go to your email box and delete it from there it always work this way for me
