How do you make an art blog?

How to add label in my blog? Plz help me.:-(?

I have my blog on blogspot.com, where i add four label named..art,photography,writing,creativit… every label have 12 sub label..example: label art have..sub labes as sketch,line art,cartooning,painting,nude art..etc.etc. But my problem is that when i go to desing option n add sub label to show on my blog page so there blog dnt add n show my sub labels..blog add only 6 sublabels..bt i want to add 12 sub label under every labels.. I try to edit n add many time bt its doesnt support me n make me tension. Plz help me.. Tell me any solution. There is the profile setting option. Go with the system.
