Why doesn't My Yahoo page appear as I set it up?

In Yahoo 360 when I search for my name my page doesn't appear, all settings are set to public?

  • i have checked the box "yes allow friends to search for me" and it still does not find me in the system?

    I have the same problem, i have to enter my email address in the search. Google gives better results than yahoo, and the search in 360 does not work at all.

I sent a message to someone on Y360 and this is the reply : RE: 360 SEARCH PROBLEM We are aware of this problem - this is because the rate of new 360 users have been coming higher than expected and it was slowing the rest of our machines to a crawl. We plan on getting this fixed in the next couple of weeks. Thanks for inquiring. -Ernie But that was a couple of weeks ago !!!

Hello. Even though you clicked the "allow friends to locate me through e-mail, name" option... there is one more option that i think may be of use to you. It is... 1-click settings 2-click to blog settings 3-mid-page... click Activate my simple URL. A simple URL is a web address that's easy to remember and share with friends. When you activate your Simple URL people who know your Yahoo! ID, (user name) can easily find your Yahoo! 360° page. Best of luck to you.
