How do you get your personal picture or photo as your avatar?

I created a 360 page but I still can't put my photo in stead of my avatar?

  • I want to put my photo in stead of my avatar (I uploaded my photo to my 360). But I can't check 'Yahoo! 360 Picture'.In stead of that, it writes 'No Yahoo! 360 Picture - get my Yahoo! 360 account'.When I click it, it opens my 360 page.. So, can someone help me for solving this problem?

    On your 360 page: Go to "Settings" >Basic info >scroll down to "Yahoo Identity display" >make sure the box near your primary Y! email address is checked (particularly if you have two or more Yahoo names listed there). If it isn't checked, then check the box and save. Return to Y! Answers and see if you can select your photo. Your primary address has to be checked because it links your 360 page to your other Yahoo profiles including Yahoo Answers. If you want to show the link to your page, you can: 1. Scroll down in the 'Edit my info' section, and you'll see a box near 'Show the link to my 360 page.' Check it. 2. If the checkbox isn't showing up, you can copy the URL of your page and paste it in the 'About me' section of your Answers' profile.

If you're going to "Start sharing photos", that could be the problem. To ensure you're in the right spot, go to 'My Page', and click on 'Edit Personal Photos' on the top left, where your picture should be. Go from there to browse and select the photo(s) you want, and select that pic as your display pic. Could just be that it didn't take the first time you tried to upload it, and if you don't have any photos in the album, that could be why it's telling you to join 360...? Hopefully this helps!
