You can add a video in your BLOG but no where else on your 360 page. Go to someplace like Youtube.com or Googlevideo.com or Yahoovideo.com Find a video that you want.... Copy the EMBED code for the video. Go to your Blog entry page or compose blog and type something into your entry box...perhaps a sentence telling about the video your about to post and why you like it or something like that. Then....under your blog entry box you will see the words VIEW HTML SOURCE....checkmark that box...then back in your entry box....paste the code for the video. After that....UNCHECK the VIEW HTML SOURCE box....click PREVIEW. You should see the box for the video with a play button in it. Click POST and that should do it for ya! Just remember to always type something in your blog text box before pasting the embed And always check the view html box before pasting the code.

first you should upload your image or video files on web. there are a lot of sites that support this function. for example: www.photobucket.com www.imagecave.com (I like this one myself) after you upload your images you will recieve a link to your file. then in compose blog entry type this: <img src="link that you have gotten"> this should work
