Why can't I upload pics on Yahoo 360?

I cant upload pics into a Yahoo 360 album?

  • When I try to use Flickr, it takes me to yahoo photos. I don't want the photos there. Yet, if I use Flickr, the photos don't show up on 360 at all. SO....how do I get photos to show up in a 360 album? Someone told me to post them on my blog, and then move them to my album. Ok...HOW? Please help

  • Answer:

Flickr is owned by Yahoo. They are in the process of closing down Yahoo! Photos. So, if you have a Yahoo ID, they want you to sign in with that and then create a free account with Flickr. Right now, their transfer tool from Y/P to Flickr isn't ready. See http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AuwnV4dJfsSgrJMMlGRYOpwE.Bd.?qid=20070525073840AA0vIII . If you just decide to upload the Photos to Flickr on your own, without waiting for the transfer to happen, then you still may have to wait for approval. - Log into Flickr - Go to your "You" menu and click "My Account" - Look at the yellow highlighted area at the top of the page to see your status. If it says pending, then that's what's going on. Once your photos become available then you can set up a Flickr photostream on your "Top Page" in 360. - Click on your 360 "My Page" link at the top - Click on the "Share Photos" link in your Photos module on the right side - Scroll down to the Flickr section and follow the instructions there. Note: The photos may not show up immediately, as stated on http://www.flickr.com/help/photos/ . Good luck!
