How to advertise you blog?

I was looking at the Yahoo360 Cathy's Blog and I wanted to do something similar to it how can I advertise ?

  • I was looking at Yahoo 360 Cathy's Blog and I wanted to do something similar to post my own so people can just go right to my page and look for me there and I wanted for it to be like this...Yahoo 360 Cathy's Blog.."DA KINE" because I do have a Blog expressing why I chose these very words and what it means to me. So my question is, How can I have my page posted at this site for people to look at?
