How do I 360 flip (tre flip?

Tre flip(360 kickflip) help!?

I was wondering since im trying to learn tre flip do i really need to know how to 360 shove it?I dont know how to 360 shove it but i can make the 360 rotation and it flips sometimes when im doing the tre flip(but i cant seem to get myself to jump on).
