How do I export bookmarks to file?

Is it possible to export bookmarks from My Web to delicious?

I would like to export a file with all my bookmarks in My Web and import them into delicious. I would like all the tags to export / import also.

i have no idea what delicious is if it is a web site pasting a link in text should make it active just paste all ya links see if it works good luck
