How does Netflix on xbox 360 work?

How do i get netflix to work on my xbox 360?

  • I have an Xbox 360 slim , so I use wireless internet. I play xbox great and everything. Netflix asks me to register my code, so i do, but then its says, 'Error, can not connect to netflix at this moment." What can i do to fix this?

    You need to have a working Live Gold account - a silver account won't work. You also need to have an account with Netflix. This is separate from your Xbox Live account. A trial account will work (at least until the trial period ends.) When you try to access Netflix for the first time on the 360, it will give you directions you need to follow using your computer to log into your Netflix account to get an ID code you need for the 360. If you did all this, entered the ID code, and still get this error it sounds as though there's an problem on Netflix's side. Nothing you can do but wait and try again later. If it still happens, contact Netflix's customer support.
