This is becoming an issue with 360 and it appears they are aware of it and trying to fix it, however it is always a good idea to send them a very specific detailed message as to what your problem is. You can do this via the feed back link at the top of your page or from here http://add.yahoo.com/fast/help/us/360/cgi_feedback
